Attorney Swartz has been successfully practicing law in Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire for nearly three decades, focusing on all areas of Personal Injury, including Worker’s Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Torts and Social Security Disability. He has lectured and written extensively on the subjects of Worker’s Compensation and Social Security Disability.
He is a graduate of Boston College and received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School (MA). Attorney Swartz founded the practice that bears his name in 1982 in Chelmsford, MA, and the practice has steadily grown to incorporate offices in Andover, MA and Nashua, NH.

Attorney Tyner has been successfully helping clients with legal cases since 1983, focusing on Personal Injury law, Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Estate Administration. With a B.A. cum laude from Tufts University, and a law degree from Boston University Law School, where he was Tauro Scholar and Farr Estate Planning Competition winner, Attorney Tyner was employed for 17 years with one of the Merrimack Valley’s largest personal injury law firms. He joined the Law Offices of Howard H. Swartz in 2004. He has been a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar since 1983.

Attorney Hamilton’s concentration is on Personal Injury claims and Medical Malpractice. He is also a trained mediator with
Merrimack Valley Mediation. Attorney Hamilton earned a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, and his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law. He has been practicing law since 1978 and is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and before the United States District Court in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Before his association with the Law Offices of Howard H. Swartz, he had been an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Medford where he handled injury claims, zoning disputes, employee disciplinary hearings, greivances, and Workers’ Compensation matters. Mr. Hamilton was also staff counsel for CNA Insurance in Boston.
